We have an active Patient Participation Group that provides feedback from the patients' perspective to help us to improve the quality of service that we provide.

At intervals, we also ask patients to complete a questionnaire when attending the surgery and we are grateful for your input.

The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. If you would like to be included on our PPG Memebrs list, please speak to one of the receptionist or fill in the feedback form located on home screen.
